since how long you have this problem?
Any history of trauma or injury to the cervical spine?
What all symptoms are you having like neck pain, pain or decreased sensation in hands

Your MRI report is suggestive of cervical disc disease affecting C5 and C6 level, which is compressing the spinal cord.
Physiotherapy and pain killers are advisable
You should use soft collar band (in neck)

Please revert back to me with these details so that I will be able to tell you more accurately
