Posted on Wed, 28 Jan 2015
Question: Hi, I would like to find an online cardiologist to review my ECG from time to time. I use the CardioSecur system from Germany to capture 12-lead ECG, can send them as PDF file.

Brief Answer:
Your ECGs are without new changes from the reference ECG, i.e. you are ok.

Detailed Answer:
Hi back,
I read your query very carefully and checked your ECG.

Fortunately your ECGs are without any new onset changes from the reference ECG. This is a sign that you are OK and the pain you are experiencing isn't heart related.

Your present ECG interpretation: sinusal rhythm. Qs wave in lead III and a negative T wave in lead III and aVF (which are the signs of prior heart infarction).

p.s: I'm an online cardiologist and I can review your ECG at any time. For this you can select a direct query for Doctor Benard Shehu.

Wish you health!

Dr. Benard, thank you for the quick reply. I was not totally clear - the two ECGs I submitted were both recorded during a period of chest discomfort, i.e .one of them was not a reference recording. Next time I make an inquiry I will add a ref ECG, recorded while no had no pain or discomfort. Can I assume that the two ECGs you have reviewed do not suggest anything urgent?

Brief Answer:
All the ECG were normal and nothing seems urgent to me.

Detailed Answer:
Hi back,

I have checked very carefully your ECG recorded during episodes of chest pain. More over on pages 4 to 8 on each ECG file you attached is a comparison between current ECG (in green) and reference ECG (in blue) which i checked to.

All the ECG were normal and nothing seems urgent to me, so you shouldn't worry about that.

Wish you health!
Dr. Benard
