Brief Answer:
LBBB from prior heart injury

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for contacting HCM with your health care concerns

You had an abnormal ECG which shows a slow heart rate and a LBBB. The slow heart rate is anytime when the heart rate is below 60. Your heart rate is at exactly at 60. If you are on a beta blocker that would slow your heart rate down. This is how beta blockers work.

The other abnormality is a LBBB or a left bundle branch block. This is where the electrical system of your heart has had damage. Usually from a prior heart attack. This block causes the heart to be just slightly out of synch with the usual heart beats. The branch block causes the resetting mechanism of the heart to reset slowly giving the repolarization abnormality. This is normal in people with a LBBB.

There is not much more that can be said about your ECG because the LBBB makes diagnosing anything else almost impossible.
