Brief Answer:
Demyelinating or non specific finding

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Mri report is suggesting decreased myelination due to demyelination or edema in neurons.
Small such changes can be incidental findings also.
Reading Mri in clinical context is important.
Diagnosis of ADHD was put on eeg report. This disorder is not having any specific Mri correlation and is mainly behavioural in nature.
Other deficiency condition like vitamin B12 may cause such lesion.
You can upload the actual Mri images for better description and analysis along with any blood report or case summary.
Hope you found the answer helpful.

I am attaching the case notes of the Doctors I consulted so far, this will give you the context you are looking for.

1)Dr. XXXXXXX Kaul(Head of Neurology NIMS)
2)Dr. XXXXXXX Subba Reddy(Professor of Psychiatry).

I only have the films of the MRI, don't know how to convert them in to digital images to send it for you. Can I take the photograph of those MRI Films and send across the images?

I consulted doctor for behavioral issues and attention deficit(poor focus) issues with my daughter.

Brief Answer:
Please provide some more details.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX,
I have gone through your question and case report.
I have some questions regarding initial milestone and development.
Was your daughter delivered at full term?
Any illness in mother during pregnancy?
Any complications during delivery?
Was her initial developmental milestones normal?
Is she normal mentally and competent with her peer group children?

Her case summary is showing IQ of less than 70 % that comes under mild mental retardation.
There are two possibilities, one is delayed motor and mental milestones since birth. The other possibility is developmental regression following some insult or damage to brain.

In second scenario it's important to investigate in details as early diagnosis may help and benefit the girl.
You can take snap shot of Mri images and upload for assessment.

You can get VitB12, Thyroid profile and other routine test in mean time.
Any family history of mental retardation or seizure.

Hope you found the answer helpful.
Provide further details.

Sir Here I am attaching the MRI snapshots for your comments.

I want to know whether the child is having any neurological disorders reported in the MRI

The child so far doesn't have any Seizures at all, will there be any chance of getting seizures and brain stoke in the future in the context of MRI report.

We were only getting complaints from the school about her behavior, not sitting in her class room, walking in to other class rooms, talking loudly, not able to organize her school belongings, poor attention, poor hand writing etc...

So far the child doesn't have any health issues, except this behavioral and poor academics performance.

Please advise.

Thanks

Brief Answer:
Not of much concern Mri

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX,
I have gone through Mri images uploaded by you.
There are few white matter non specific lesions in brain.
It doesn't seem to be related to any symptoms of child.
The primary diagnosis is ADHD.
With this Mri there is negligible risk of stroke or seizure.
The main concern at this point of time is behavioural abnormalities. The treatment should be focused on that.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
