Brief Answer:
Reports suggests mildly raised lipid profile.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX

Your findings suggests mildly raised serum lipid level.
Report indicate that cholesterol and triglyceride levels are mildly raised.
Ideally, triglyceride level should be less than 150 mg/dl and cholesterol should be below 200 mg/dl.

Besides clinical evaluation, you need few more investigations. Investigations include liver function test, ultrasound of abdomen. It is important to assess liver status in altered lipid profile.

Other findings like hemoglobin, urea, creatinine, fasting blood sugar, lymphocyte and neutrophil percentage levels are normal.

Eosinophil level and ESR are raised,it may be due to allergy or worm infection.

You need to change diet and life style. You should avoid fried and fatty food.
You should also increase your physical activity and take lot of fibers in your diet. These measures can improve the findings.

Brief Answer:
This is a common problem among adults.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX

Your findings are not very serious. This is a common problem among adults due to changing life style.
You should increase your physical activity and go for brisk walk regularly.
Take lot of fruits and vegetables. These contain adequate fibers.

With these findings,I only suggest diet and life style changes to my patients.
But,you need regular follow up.

Most probably increased eosinophil count is related to allergy. You should try to avoid allergen.

Knee pain need detail evaluation.Firstly,X-ray of knees in AP/Lateral view is required.
You may need further tests after evaluation. You should consult orthopedician.
