Brief Answer:
You should go to doctor

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear again.

Lower abdominal pain and back pain without frequency or burning urination, we can't exclude urinary Infection.
But these symptoms can be from premenstrual syndrome, but please give me your last menstrual date.
We can calculate chances of pregnancy(using LMP)while you have had unprotected intercourse.

For the pain in the arm you have implanon, better see your follow up doctor.

Feel free to discuss all issues you have.
All the best.

Hi dear again.
If you have Had bleeding and you are on nexplanon, chances to be pregnant are zero.
