Brief Answer:

Details below.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Severe abdominal pain after surgery is not common, it has many reasons like incomplete abortion, damage to the uterus, internal bleeding, etc.

So kindly go for Ultrasound first for proper diagnosis and do accordingly, till then you can do hot fomentation and take antispasmodic.

Hope I have answered your query.

Take care
