Brief Answer:
Get done CT thorax and bronchoscopy.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your question on Health Care Magic.
I can understand your situation and problem.
You are having old, fibrotic lesion on chest x ray.
It is common after tuberculosis. With treatment, TB lesions heal by fibrosis and thickening and it appear as scar lesion. This scar will be seen life long.
No treatment is available or required for scar tissue because it is inactive lesion.
But for visa purpose, you need to consult pulmonologist and get done
1. CT thorax with Contrast
2. Bronchoscopy with XXXXXXX (bronchoalveolar lavage) analysis.
If both are negative for tuberculosis or other infection than you can argue with visa authority about having old, healed, inactive lesions and lesions are not active, infections.
So consult pulmonologist and discuss all these.
Hope I have solved your query.
I will be happy to help you further.
Wish you good health. Thanks.

Brief Answer:
You can not hide these lesions.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your follow up question on Health Care Magic.
I can understand your concern.
You can not hide these lesions. They are permanent mark.
No medicine is available to remove these scar marks. No surgery is available. Because these are inactive lesions. They are not harmful for the body.
So you need to prove that these lesions are inactive and fir this you need to consult pulmonologist and get done CT thorax and bronchoscopy with XXXXXXX analysis.
Both these are costly procedure. In XXXXXXX CT thorax costs 5000-6000 XXXXXXX rupees while bronchoscopy with XXXXXXX costs 10000 XXXXXXX rupees.
Hope I have solved your query.
I will be happy to help you further.
Wish you good health. Thanks.
