Brief Answer:
Take Nitrofurantoin twice daily for 2 weeks .

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for your query ,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you had UTI in April and have taken antibiotics for couple of days .

Your routine urine analysis before starting treatment revealed 80 pus cells where as recent one has revealed significant reduction in pus cell count suggesting that UTI has resolved and there is minimal residual infection now .

I would suggest to take urinary antiseptic like Nitrofurantoin twice daily for 2 weeks

Ensure to drink more water .

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions , I shall be happy to help you .
Thanks and Regards.

Brief Answer:
Minor Fluctuation in pus cell count is common .

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for follow up
The variation in pus cell count is common and varies from time of urine sample is collected and 1-2 count is not significant at all .

Presence of pus cell suggest inflammation and if you have no symptoms like burning etc you need not worry at all neither you need to repeat urine culture .

Nitrofurantoin is urinary antiseptics and will help to resolve theissue and reduce pus cell count .

Thanks and Regards.
