Brief Answer:
Symptoms are suggestive of Bladder Outflow Obstruction.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for your query, based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have obstructive voiding symptoms due to bladder outlet obstruction due to fibrous prostate .

Obstructive voiding symptoms with significant post void residual urine strongly suggest bladder outlet obstruction either due to Fibrous Prostate or Bladder Neck Obstruction.

Consult qualified Urologist for evaluation and get endoscopic examination of bladder done to confirm the diagnosis. He may either advise you taking drugs like Tomsulosin once daily or Endoscopic Incision of Bladder Neck (BNI) or TURP depending upon the findings on Cystoscopic examination.

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions I shall be happy to help you
Thanks and Regards.
