Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM

According to USG report, you are suffering from BHP(Benign hyperplasia of prostate).
It is indicated by enlargement of median lobe of prostate with its projection into the urinary bladder.BHP is age related finding.
It is important to know about symptoms like increased frequency, straining during micturition etc.
You need PSA estimation to rule out malignant condition.
You should consult urologist.

Hope i have answered your query.
Get well soon.

Take Care
