Brief Answer:
Nothing to worry

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, thanks for trusting health care magic.
Your ultrasound picture is suggestive of polycyclic ovary disease which is an endocrinological disorder which causes menstrual irregularities and infertility.
But it is a common disease which may or may not cause these problems in all affected patients and is not treated and rather only symptoms are treated as they present.
So in case you don't have any problems then nothing to worry.
Just keep an active lifestyle always and avoid weight gain which is the only treatment for this problem.
Take care.

Findings are suggestive of bilateral ovaries.

Brief Answer:
Nothing to worry

Detailed Answer:
Nothing to worry dear, your ultrasound just suggests of mild polycystic changes which are responsible for irregular scanty periods.
So if you are overweight then either do dieting or exercise or both to help yourself overcoming this all.
But if you are trying for pregnancy also then you will need a meticulous work up at the earliest. Take care.
