Brief Answer:
Your liver size is normal.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing in to us.

A liver size less than 14.5 cm in adults is normal. Liver size is not a problem for you.

Please send a copy of your ultrasound scan report to know in details about any problems in your kidneys or urinary bladder and which might be causing pain before and after urine.

It is important to know if you have any condition like infection in urinary bladder or urinary stones.

Pain before and after urine can happen if you drink less water.

Brief Answer:
Consult urologist and do liver function test and cholesterol levels.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing back with an update.

I have reviewed attachments including the following
Ultrasound scan report
Urine test report
Blood glucose, urea, serum creatinine and uric acid levels
Urine culture report

Your prostate is mildly enlarged. This is a common finding after age 60 years and you might have it earlier.

The enlarged prostate is not allowing complete emptying of urinary bladder and there is significant post void residue.

You need to consult the urologist in your place and take medicines as prescribed for enlarged prostate. You might also have to get a blood test done for prostate specific antigen (PSA) if the urologist recommends.

There is fatty liver and for that you need to do liver function test and lipid profile for cholesterol levels and then modify diet if your cholesterol is high after discussing with your doctor.
