Brief Answer:
Normal ultrasound scan report

Detailed Answer:
Hi

I saw your ultrasound scan report.

Following is explanationof the same :

1. Uterus seems to be normal.

2. Bilateral ovaries are having haemorrhagic cysts which is also normal after ovulation in some women. These cysts resolve by them selves till next month.

3. Endometrium is inhomogeneous suggesting possible secretory changes.

4. Nabothian cyts and free fluid also are normal findings.

Overall report seems to be normal and nothing to worry about.

Let me know if you have any more questions.

Regards
Dr. Soumya

Thank you for your response! I am feeling much better about my results!

You stated that the endometrium being inhomogeneous suggests possible secretory changes.. I guess this is considered normal depending where I am on my cycle when the ultrasound is done, correct? Also, the hypoechoic focal area is of no concern either?

Brief Answer:
No problem

Detailed Answer:
Hi

You are right. It's normal and not a concern. Hypoechoic small area could be a small fibroid which is also normal.

Overall there is nothing to worry.

Let me know if you need any more clarifications.
