Brief Answer:
Mild Thyroxicosis.Need further evaluation.

Detailed Answer:
Hello, Madam.

I understand your concern.

This lab report represents Mild T3 Hyperthyroidism aka Mild Thyrotoxicosis.

This can represent following conditions as Diagnostic possibilities.

1.Graves disease.

2.Toxic multinodular goiter//adenoma.

The possibility of Grave's disease(autoimmune thyroid disease) is high in any young female with above lab parameters.

So this lab picture in your case warrants further diagnostic work up as follows.

1. Ultrasound scan of the thyroid gland.

2.Thyroid autoantibody testing- Anti-TPO and Anti-TSH blood test.

I also request you to update me the test reports.

If possible, kindly let me now if you are currently experiencing any symptoms.

Post your further queries if any.
Thank you.

Brief Answer:
Update with retesting results.

Detailed Answer:
Hello, Madam.

Normal TSH with elevated T3 is a very much possible lab thyroid abnormality. This is what called as Mild Thyrotoxicosis.

Anyhow, you can still go for retesting, if in case you are doubtful about the test results. This is always an intelligent move.

But in case the same results are repeated, kindly go for anti-TPO and anti-TSH antibody testing without fail.

Post your further queries if any,
Thank you.
