Brief Answer:
Repeat a free T4

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Welcome to HCM. I have gone through the question and understand your concerns.

Blood sugars are normal. Thyroid function is showing normal T3 and TSH. The total T4 is high. It can be seen in a many situations like

1. It could be a lab error
2. If she is taking some medicine like oral contraceptive pills
3. Thyroiditis - an infection of thyroid
4. Pregnancy

Does she have any symptoms like weight loss, palpitation or excess body heat?

I think you should repeat a free T4 levels now. No need of any treatment as T3 and TSH are normal. If free T4 is still high you can do a thyroid function after 6 weeks.

Hope I have answered your questions. If you have any further queries I will be happy to help you
