Brief Answer:
With the thyroid hormone replacent therapy, you can control your TSH.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
I have gone through your question.
I can understand your concern.

TSH is a hormone that controls thyroid gland activity.

It’s typically used as a marker of thyroid health
.Normal TSH levels for the average adult range are from 0.4 ‑ 4.0 mIU/L.(Small variations in results can occur depending on the laboratory and its methods used, as well as the time of day your blood was taken.)

If you have a high TSH level, this means that you have hypothyroidism.
(You didn't mention your thyroid diagnose and if you actually take any treatement.Theseare important elements of your medical history)

Anyway i can say that TSH=5,4 is slightly upper the limit of normal range. It is better than 7 months ago but it is not within the normal range.

There is one way to control your TSH.
The thyroid hormone replacement therapy(Levothyroxine) will help you to normalise your TSH level.(If you haven't yet used this treatement i suggest to start as soon as possible.

My advice is to consult a local endocrinologist for the right thyroid diagnose and the prescription of levothyroxine.

Hope this is helpful.
If you have other doubts, feel free and ask.I wil be happy to help.
Best regards.
