I have seen the rash in your picture and it DOES NOT look like a syphilis rash they are usually very invasive and active , not like dead skin they are ulcer which in few days eat the place on which they are.

IMMIGRATION TESTING:

I will advise you not to worry at all because no where in the world , is your visa rejected on the basis of syphilis and i will also like to assure you that it does not look like syphilis and soon your lab results will confirm it.

IS THIS POSSIBLY SYPHILIS?

Syphilis is called "the great imitator" because it sometimes confuse even very experienced specialists but if we talk about chances, there is very low chance that this is syphilis this looks like a viral wart or a fungus, no way does it look like a syphilis.

Please stay calm there are almost no chances that it is syphilis if you are still afraid get a simple test done what we call VDRL, it's quick and will tell you what it is.
