What Does My Sonography Test Report Indicate?

Question: what does the below mentioned report of Sonography mean in simple language and what are its treatment.
Uterus is bulky in size, with heterogenous myometrial echopattern. it measures 101 X 42 X 40 mm. There are focal well defined hypoechoic lesions in the anterior wall of uterus measuring 13 X 12mm , 13 X 11mm. endometrium measures 11mm.
Ovaries there is a large heterogenously hypoechoic solid mass lesion with ill defined outlines in the pelvis more in the left adnexa extending both side of midline measuring 140 X 82 mm with cystic components within and mild internal vascularity. both ovaries are not seen separately. there is well defined simple cystic lession in the right adnexa measuring 37 X 33mm
moderate free fluid is noted in pelvic region , POD.
IMP : Large heterogenouly hypoechoic solid mass lession with ill defined outlines in the pelvis more in the left adnexa extending to both sides of midline with cystic components within and mild internal vascularity.
Moderate free fluid is noted in pelvic region POD --- above mentioned findings probably bulky uterus with small fibroids
right adnexal simple cyst.
