I had my semen analysis done last week and attached the report. Kindly pass your opinion for next step.

All reports are fine. You dont need any treatment for the same. You can father a child with this report.

Hi,

She has high prolactin levels which need to be treated.

I give tablet Cabgolin 0.5 mg to my patients to treat the high prolactin levels.

Other than that she needs to get HSG (hysterosalpingogram) test done to check patency of fallopian tubes.

This step is next step to identify problem after treating high prolactin.
