What Does My Semen Analysis Test Report Indicate?
Question: Hi,
I am 34 yr old male.
My Semen analysis Reports are 3% Morphology, motility 25%,sperm conc/48mill/ml total 58mill,dfi = 39%...testosterone 2.710ng/ml. free testosterone 65.50 pg/ml. Doc has suggested me cerno 40 mg, paternia plus for 30 days. and wynsolone 5mg 1/2 tab for 30 days.. We are trying to conceive since past 3 mnths.. Do you think the this medication will help? or it has any sideeffects? What are my chances for preg

I saw your semen analysis report. This seems to be fine except for low motility and morphology.
You need to do following lifestyle modifications to improve:
1. Stop smoking and alcohol if you have habits.
2. Please reduce weight if you are overweight.
3. Reduced your calorie intake.
4. Do regular exercise for atleast half an hour per day.
5. Repeat semen analysis after 3 months in a standard laboratory.
6. Meanwhile continue the medicines you are taking. Not much side effects.

My main concern is tht the current motility n morphology factors affect normal pregnancy and i hve to look for artificial methods? I drink occasionally beer..say in a month 2-3times. And weigh 90kg for 5 ft 10 person.
