Brief Answer:
No active treatment needed.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
Your rubella and CMV IgG values are raised but these suggest an old infection in the past. This is not worrisome and does not need any active treatment during pregnancy.
Please feel free to discuss further. I will be glad to answer the follow up queries that you have.
Wishing you good health.

Brief Answer:
HSV infection is present.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for writing again.
I have seen the attached reports. Raised levels of IgG indicate an old infection and immunity in the body. It is the levels of IgM that indicate a current infection. IN my opinion you should not consider termination of pregnancy. HSV infection is present. You can consult another gynecologist for a second opinion.
Hope my answer is helpful.
Do accept my answer in case there are no further queries.

Thankyou for the answer.
Is HSV harmful?does it require special treatment
Should I consider for IgM test also or this test is sufficient to indicate immunity.

Brief Answer:
IgM is normal.

Detailed Answer:
Your IgM test values are normal here. No need to go for another test.
HSV can cause an infection to the baby during childbirth. Proper precautions can be taken at the time of delivery. No treatment is needed now.
Regards.
