Brief Answer:
There are many causes of polyclonal hypergamaglobulinemia.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
There are many causes of polyclonal gamaglobulinemia.
Chronic liver disease, connective tissue disorder, chronic inflammation, haematological and non haematological malignancy and many others can cause that.
Many a time no cause is found after extensive search. So it depends on clinical conditions. If yoh have any symptoms then please tell me. Otherwise just observations in required in asymptomatic patients.
Hope I have answered your question, if you have doubt then I will be happy to answer. Thanks for using health care magic. Wish you a very good health.
