Brief Answer:
normal

Detailed Answer:
Hi and welcome. This score means that there is no blockage of heart arteries so you can be calm about your heart condition. This is normal finding for someone at your age and there is no "good",there is just normal and pathologic finding. Wish you good health. Regards

Brief Answer:
few possible causes

Detailed Answer:
Shortness of breath can be caused by several disorder. Most common is anxiety and people are for years trying to find some exact organic cause and then figure out that anxiety is main reason for it. Stress test ruled out heart disorders which are also common cause of SOB,you can do heart ultrasound more but you dont need to expect pathologic finding if stress test was fine. Third cause can be lung issue such as chronic bronchitis, asthma, emphsema.this is seen in smokers and you should do lung ventilation test to rule this out. LAst, upper gastroenterologic disorders such as esophagitis, gastritis, gerd and hiatal hernia can cause irritation of lungs and pleura and lead to SOB.
