Brief Answer:
Testosterone

Detailed Answer:
I have reviewed your attached laboratory results.

FSH and LH levels in the blood are best interpreted in light of simultaneous blood Testosterone levels, especially if they are on the lower side as is the case with you.

So for example if your blood levels of Total or preferably Free Testosterone (by a specific method called Equilibrium Dialysis) are below normal, and in that context if your blood FSH and LH are also low, then it indicates a problem with the pituitary gland. Further testing is then necessary to determine the exact cause.
Typically endocrinologists make sure the individual is not using or abusing male hormones such as testosterone and related substances

When I see someone like you in my practice, I typically order the following blood tests in addition to a detailed physical examination:

CBC (Complete Blood Count, also known as Hemogram; includes Hemoglobin, WBC and Platelet counts)
Electrolytes (Sodium and Potassium in particular)
HbA1c (Glycosylated Hemoglobin = your 3 month glucose average)
Liver function tests (SGOT , SGPT, Albumin, Bilirubin, Alkaline Phosphatase)
Kidney function tests (BUN, Creatinine)
TSH
Free T4
Prolactin
Ferritin
Total Testosterone
SHBG (Sex Hormone Binding Globulin)
25 hydroxy Vitamin D

None of these tests require any fasting and can be done at any time of the day
