Brief Answer:
More tests to be done

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for posting your query.
I am Dr.R.K and I am pleased to assist you.

Her Bilirubin, SGOT, SGPT are significantly high.
Her hemoglobin and platelets are low.

She has history of ulcerative colitis.
Ulcerative colitis is associated with primary sclerosing cholangitis.

This and other related liver diseases should be ruled out.

An ultrasound scan of the abdomen, viral markers and autoimmune panel should be done.

Let her consult a gastroenterologist/hepatologist for these tests.

Regards,
Dr.R.K.
