Brief Answer:
PCOS

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for the query to HCM,
it simply confirms that your ovaries are bulky and has PCOS. also there is a follicle in the left ovary which is of the size 19mm and as you have crossed 15 days in the cycle it indicates a possibility that this follicle shall rupture after few days and hence delayed ovulation, as the report suggests.
There are no other paraovarian cysts or endometriotic cysts the surrounding area. Its a PCOS case clearly.

Brief Answer:
yes you may get pregnant.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Yes of course, you need to track the day of ovulation with either follicular monitoring or ovulation kits and on ether ovulation kit shows positive test then ideally within next 36 hrs ovulation occurs, so you can have intercourse once the test comes positive and for next 5 days, which shall increase your chances of natural conception.
