Question: I had an holter monitor test, the results came today, the results read
Conclusion
Sinus rhythm with bundle branch block pattern.
The average heart rate was 79. The minimum heart rate was 52 at 7:04 . The maximum heart rate was 136 at 10:23.'
No ventricular ectopic beats
No supraventricular ectopic beats
No pauses greater than 2.0 seconds
No patient triggered events recorded.

The heart has an electrical system which make the chambers of the heart beat at required sequence to send blood to all parts of the body. This electrical impulse is carried by the right and left bundles of His. Since your report doesn't mention the bundle pattern or that it is partial or complete I presume it is nonsignificant and does not interfere with the contraction of the heart chambers.
All other values are normal and good.
So relax, there is nothing of concern.

Sir when they do not mention the bundle branch block ( Either LBBB or RBBB) does that mean there is nothing to concern or it could be just that the Dr has forgotten to indicate that.
Is it known to be normal heart if they do not mention LBBB or RBBB ?
does the test HOLTER MONITOR detects previous heart attacks ( if any ) ?
