Brief Answer:
Get a proper prescription

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your feedback.
Consult your Doctor and get a proper prescription based medication which will be of PPI, Domperidone, antacid and the timing should be other than any other medicines you are taking.
The duration should be at least for 3 weeks and you may please have review endoscopy to see if the antral erosion have healed or not.
Simultaneously you have to follow certain rules:
No stress and/or anxiety.
Soft bland diet, distribute the daily requirements in at least 4 parts and to be taken as breakfast, lunch, brunch and dinner spaced nicely.
Light exercises.
Find out the foods and beverages that instigate or enhance your problems.

I hope this answer helps.

Brief Answer:
As explained below.

Detailed Answer:
Your Report says that the sphincter in the lower esophagus which allows the food to enter the stomach but does not allow to come up from the stomach to the esophagus is lax means looser that it should be.
It also says that the antral part means the one which preceded the opening in the small intestine has erosions meaning loss of the most superficial layer with attendant changes of increased redness and may be edema. This can give you the symptoms that you have.
