Brief Answer: Normal cardiac echo report Detailed Answer: Hi, I have gone through your medical history and cardiac echo report. It seems everything normal. From the reports, the left ventricle has normal size and normal systolic function. The left atrium is normal in size; aorta and LVOT were normal. Right ventricle is normal too. Hope it answered to your queries! Let me know if you have further queries! Dr.Benard

Brief Answer: Kindly provide your ECHO report. Detailed Answer: Hi back, Thank you for following up. May I have the cardiac Echo report? I need to have a look at that report and analyze myself first all the mentioned parameters. I have noticed that some of the parameters you sent to me were not correct. Next, EF slope should be over 60 mm/s. If lower than 60, it is indicative for mitral stenosis. If over 60 it is considered normal. There are many factors contributing to the value of this parameter. It is not used more as a specific parameter in nowadays (modern ultrasound). Looking forward to have the Cardiac Echo report as requested! Thank you! Dr.Benard

Brief Answer: EF slope above normal range, not pathological... Detailed Answer: Hi back, Definitely, your cardiac echo is normal. With regards to EF slope is considered pathological if less than 60. When higher than 180 is considered above the normal range, but not associated with any disease or pathology. Hope it answered your queries! Dr.Benard
