Brief Answer:
She have benign findings.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX

I have gone through your mother's findings in detail.
Her findings are absolutely benign.

Left basal peripheral atelectatic bands are small areas of loss of lung volume in peripheral left lower lobe. These are generally due to retained chronic secretions or infection. It is not a matter of concern.

Dilated unfolded aorta and prominent aortic knuckle are age related changes and it is also related to chronic high blood pressure.
Osteopenia is also commonly seen in aged females.
Tracheal lucency right indentation likely positional is a common finding.

Dry cough may be due to mid bronchitis. It is good there is no areas of consolidation(infection) in lungs. She may be prescribed a course of antibiotics.
Bronchodilators can be prescribed if needed.
