Question: All way feeling 99-100 degree temperature & weakness during night, anxiety.

Do you have Cough also ? Kindly let me know as the presence of cough will change the diagnosis and treatment also.

It's Throat Infection

Your Chest X ray is fine . Your symptoms indicate towards Throat infection. The antibiotic prescribed is OK but not my first choice in Throat infection.
If you were my patient I would have started you on Levofloxacin ( unless you are allergic to it ). If you have already started Monocef-o=CV then continue the same and observe for 2 days and if no improvement then you can ask your doctor for prescription for Levofloxacin.
But if you have not yet started Monocef then straight away ask for Levofloxacin prescription and start it .
Also do salt water gargling , avoid oily food and non veg food , avoid citrus fruits.
Rest all medicines can be continued same.

I have tested Fasting blood , result appear 117
