Brief Answer:
Nothing to worry

Detailed Answer:
Hi xxxxx,

I have gone through your reports and a simple cyst which is benign is nothing to worry about. You can get a repeat Ultrasound done after 6-8 months, to assess whether there is any increase in size /other parameters.

For an accurate diagnosis of Fibroadenoma(benign) , aspiration cytology or FNAC needs to be done. However the cyst is small ; only 3-4mm; might be difficult to do FNAC.

In some cases the cyst may retain its size and not grow any further. In some cases it may undergo spontaneous regression.

I would advise you to be calm. Try not to be anxious. Do another Ultrasound of breasts after 6 months.

In the meantime, maintain a healthy lifestyle with regular exercise for 30 minutes a day, 5 days a week.
Eat healthy and avoid fatty foods.
Drink 8-10 glasses of water a day.

EVION capsules (400 IU) contains Vitamin E. One capsule daily after breakfast for 2 months, might help.

Take care,

Warm Regards,
Dr. Divya Kuttikrishnan
