Hi...tbanks for asking about your problrm here in this forum..avion tablet contains vitamin e which is an anti oxidant which help in reducing damage by free radicals in the body..so its better to take it daily...to protect yourself from sunburn you should apply sunblock with longer spf...hope you get your answer....thanks
