Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for posting the question.
I have gone through your query in detail.

At your age, having a bone mineral density of -2.46 is definitely something to worry about.

You need to get your vitamin D levels in blood checked as vitamin D deficiency is one of the commonest reason for having low bone density.

If deficiency is diagnosed, you need to start on vitamin D supplements at the earliest.

Having calcium rich diet (cow's milk, fruits, ragee, paneer, dry fruits, guava, green leafy vegetables) is the main part of the treatment.

Early morning walk in sunlight (before 8 AM) helps our body to naturally produce vitamin D.

Bisphosphonates with calcium tablets help to speed up the healing process.

Yoga and meditation will help to a considerable extent.

I hope the answer was useful to you.

Feel free to ask me any doubts that you may have.

Thank you.
Best wishes.
