Question: recently I suffered with severe tiredness and subsequently gained weight within a month. I got my blood test done (attached with this).
I was already under medication for stomach ulcers since last 1 year and just week back I completed my medicines along with a healed ulcer.
I have found thyroid bit elevated on my reports. please advice.

Brief Answer:
the thyroid is malfunctioning

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I could not understand the handwritten material (or most of it to be more accurate) but the tests are explicit enough. Your thyroid is not as functional as it should be. This malfunction has raised your TSH a bit and perhaps also caused tiredness and weight gain. The high fasting glucose is probably also a result of thyroid malfunction.

You've got to consult an endocrinologist for further investigation and treatment. Free T4 and thyroid antibodies would be helpful tests to do and a thyroid ultrasound scan would detect signs of thyroiditis or other disorders. Thyroxine is usually given. For a young healthy male starting from a dosage of [body weight in kilograms] mcg per day is the rule. Glucose has to be checked again after the thyroid gets in order.

I hope it helps!
Kind Regards!
