I assume the test was done for screening purpose without any symptoms. If you do have some symptoms let me know in the followup. We can then discuss their relation to marginally high lead and arsenic levels.

But for now, assuming you are asymptomatic, both these marginally high levels are incidental recordings and need no treatment at present. However I will recommend that we recheck the values say after a month or two.

Such incidentally high numbers are usually noted in certain group of individuals exposed to painting or from areas where water / food source are contaminated. I am not sure if you are from these risk factors.
Besides these risk factors, there are some herbal / homeopathy drugs that might contain arsenic / lead in them leading to high levels. If you do take any of those alternative medications, please check with your doctors.

As far as treating it is concerned, if they continue to rise or if you have symptoms of arsenic / lead toxicity you should visit a hematologist / physician and discuss about chelation therapy.
