Brief Answer:
Prediabetes is suggested;

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for asking!
The blood glucose you reported are over the normal ranges, suggestive for prediabetes (the normal ranges 70-105 fasting, up to 140 mg/dl postprandial).
You need to check also HbA1c level (the mean glucose level of the last three months).
If you are overweight you need to loose weight (diet and physical activity) but a better decision rather to start treatment or not will be decided after HbA1c result.
Hope the information will help.
Kind regards,
Dr.Mirjeta
