Brief Answer:
Check for renal calculi.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Check for kidneys stones with urologist first.

If there are no problem related to cycles then no need to see anybody for bulky uterus and thickened endometrium.Such bulky uterus are seen in many normal women and endometrial thickenss depends on stages of your cycle. So no need to be worried for 10 mm thick endometrium.

Hope this helps. Please ask if there are doubts.Regards.

Even with normal ultrasound there is chance that RIF pain can be due inflamed appendix. Nowadays in doubtful cases they are getting ct scan done for cases like yours.
