2. Levocetinzine, Phenylphine, Ambroxol Hydrochloride and Paracetamol Tablets
3. Fluticasone Furoate Aqueous (Nasal Spray)
Everything else is Fine, my Blood Pressure is Normal, Weight is Normal, Eye Sight is okay.

Brief Answer:
Maxillary polyp and sinusitis is a harmless condition and treatable

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing in to us.

I have read through your query in detail.
Please find my observations below.

1. Regularly I see patients like you who have a balance problem and get their MRI scan brain done for evaluation. If your brain MRI scan is normal then you should get investigated for any inner ear condition which can cause you to loose balance when you close your eyes.

2. The right maxillary antral polyp is a common finding in people who get their MRI scan brain done. The maxillary sinus is an air passage adjacent to the nose. A polyp is a harmless fluid containing finger like projection which occurs in the sinuses. Sometimes it can develop infection too. The size of the right maxillary antral polyp is not mentioned and therefore it is likely to be a small polyp which is not a serious problem.

3. Cefpodoxime Tablets IP 200 mg is antibiotics to treat any acute sinusitis which you are having. Levocetirizine, Phenylephine, Ambroxol Hydrochloride and Paracetamol Tablets is to give you relief from nasal congestion and pain.

In conclusion, the polyp and sinusitis is not a serious problem and should respond to treatment with medicines. For your loss of balance problem please have a detailed discussion with your ENT specialist.

Hope your query is answered.
Please do write back if you have any doubts.

Brief Answer:
Get inner ear test done and continue sinusitis and polyp treatment

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing back with an update.

1. Balance function is mediated in the brain and inner ear. If your brain is normal then inner ear evaluation is important which will be done by ENT doctor.

2. Severe sinusitis can cause balancing problem. However the polyp you have does not look like acutely inflammed.

3. What you can do is get inner ear functions tested by ENT doctor and discuss balancing proble. If inner ear test is normal then take precautions and continue treatmnet for polyp. Avoid dust and pollution because it can cause sinusitis in you.

Hope your query is answered.
Please do write back if you have any doubts.
