Brief Answer:
Needs to attach the MRI report.

Detailed Answer:
Hi! Welcome to HealthcareMagic! Thanks for sharing your concerns with us. We will try to help you in best way possible.

First of all, it is sad to know what your husband has been experiencing lately. Based on the details you have shared it would be better if you can attach the report of MRI alongwith the query in the followup conversation and also the symptoms your husband had been experiencing as these can help with the diagnosis.

Such menifestations can occur with extra dural or menigeal infections and may show meningeal enhancements or in cases of bacterial or fungal infections but in abscence of other feasures of infection like stiff neck, fever or decreased alertness it is less likely though sinuses infection may spread to the brain and may have such menifestations as you have mentioned.

Hope this has answered your query, if you have any more questions, feel free to ask. Regards.
