Possible Allergic Sinusitis

I have worked through your reports.
You possibly seem to have inflammation of sinuses.All sinuses are involved with predominant maxillary sinusitis.
This sinusitis is due to allergic reaction.
At this point you need a short course of oral steroids and antibiotics to reduce the inflammation.
In case if the inflammation does not improve after 1 month, an endoscopic exploration is needed.
