Brief Answer:
Sinusitis

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to Healthcare magic and thanks for putting up the query
The report says you have bilateral maxillary sinusitis with mucosal hypertrophy. All the rest of sinuses as per report are normal.
You should take nasal spray twice daily for a week. The symptoms will improve; but the best treatment would be endoscopic sinus surgery. Your treating doctor will know about nasal sprays.
Any further questions are always welcome.
Take care
Thanks and regards
