What Does My CBC Report Indicate?

Question: my wife is recovering from apalstic anemia....drug induced( Azoran drug discontinue for past 20 days).
pls find attached today's CBC report and advice how long should we wait.....as doctor has advice's for bone marrow transplant

You have mild anemia and thrombocytopenia and leukocytosis in current report. But you are given external transfusion so your counts are increased. However your bone marrow examination and biopsy suggest aplastic anemia. So you need external support till bone marrow transplantation.
You should go for bone marrow transplantation.

what if bone marrow starts recovering on its own....as number of doctors have suggested that we shud wait for may be 4 to 6 weeks
