Brief Answer:
Need more evaluation.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for posting your query.

I have gone through the report. Two things need clarification here. If you are anxious to conceive, have been sexually active throughout the cycle without any contraception and have never missed a cycle, pregnancy chances are more. The possible reasons for the negative tests could be low hormone values either due to delayed ovulation or unhealthy pregnancy. Further monitoring is needed in such an instance.

The other possibility is a delayed cycle as a result of entry into peri-menopause. Here, hormonal imbalances lead to disrupted cycles and all possible variations can occur as menopause approaches.

In the current scenario, you should see a gynecologist for a proper clinical assessment and also get a trans-vaginal sonogram to cross-check on pregnancy confirmation or absence. If negative, a complete hormone profile and any other needed investigation should be done.

Maintenance of a healthy weight, healthy diet and regular exercise are mandatory at this age to ensure smooth passage of events.

Please do not worry; this kind of problem is faced by many at your age. If pregnancy is conclusively excluded, kickback can be given with a small course of hormones to attain menstruation.

Hope your query has been clarified. Please feel free to contact for further information. I will be happy to help.

regards,
Shanti.V.
