Brief Answer:
Blood report interpretation

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for your query. I can understand your concerns.

Normal Leucocyte count is 3.54–9.06x109/L or 3.54–9.06x103/mm3
Normal absolute Neutrophils counts: 1.42–6.34x109/L or 1420–6340/mm3

Your blood report shows mild leucocytosis (total WBC-count 11,110/c.mm) with pre-dominant neutrophils ((65%). But values vary from one lab to other lab.
Absolute Neutrophils counts : 7.23 ×10/UL

That indicates you are having some mild bacterial infection in your body. Your symptoms will point to the source of infection e.g. respiratory, urinary tract etc.

I would like to know do you have any symptoms like fever or anything?

Brief Answer:
Leukocytosis

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for your query. I can understand your concerns.

Leukocytosis with cell counts of 10,000–25,000/uL occurs in response to infection and other forms of acute inflammation

Infection may be sub-clinical. Your sole of foot does not seem to be the source.

Brief Answer:
Patient needs treatment but not blood report

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for your query. I can understand your concerns.

It is difficult to advice based only on blood report. A thorough history and physical examination is required before giving any advice. Kindly consult your local doctor with your blood reports. To come to a logical conclusion, he or she may advice you further investigation.

Only blood report is not enough to treat patient
