Question: Low body temperature for over a week. Pain in pelvic area especially right side. Fatigued. Chills. Should I see doctor? What could this mean?

You should definitely see a doctor without delay. There are two things that primarily need to be excluded:
* Low levels of thyroid hormones
* Infection.
