Brief Answer:
Hello. You require evaluation for polycythemia vera

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear. I have gone through the details. So a high hemoglobin warrants the evaluation for polycythemia vera and other myeloproliferative disorders. So if you are a non smoker, following test are required
Serum b12
Serum Erythropoeitin
Jak2v617 and exon mutation
Bone marrow evaluation
Red cell mass.
After the results, we can discuss the treatment options.
Thanks and regards
