Brief Answer:
It indicates glycolsylated hemoglobin.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX

Hemoglobin A1c indicates glycolsylated hemoglobin.Hemoglobin A1c provides an average of blood sugar control over the past 2 to 3 months.
For people without diabetes, the normal range for hemoglobin A1c test is between 4% and 5.6%.Hemoglobin A1c levels between 5.7% and 6.4% indicate increased risk of diabetes and levels of 6.5% or higher indicate diabetes mellitus.
So,you are in higher range and you need further investigations. It is important to know your status of diabetes mellitus.Fasting and postprandial blood sugar estimation should be done.

The normal adult value for chloride is 97-107 mEq/L.Your value is towards lower side and it is acceptable. However you need clinical correlation.
