Brief Answer:
follow-up consultation..

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX, Welcome back,
Thanks for following up with the details,

I've gone through the reports and none of them actually signifies anything too concerning..

Yes, after infection it can be observed, but not stomach flu, there has to be some respiratory tract infection/ pulmonary involvement i.e. pneumonitis (in this scenario viral pneumonitis most likely) etc.

Initially those Chest X-rays denoted left lower zone opacity which can be there due to accumulation of some fluids or infection resulting in some collapse of that region, but later on in the CT-scan, it showed little areas of focal fibrotic changes..

The provided treatment details are not that clear, so I can understand your dissatisfaction in that front too..

Those other investigations are really non-conclusive as of now (ESR is an indirect marker of any inflammation /infection of body so not really significant) the urine analysis and culture reports also didn't show anthing significant..

Before going any further, I'd suggest you to take him to a Pulmonologist/ Chest Physician for a thorough clinical examination and a few more relevant investigations in this regard..management will be based on the findings and the presenting symptoms..

Let me know if you have any further queries..

Take Care
Kind Regards
